I think in # 2 of the recipe instructions, it should say DISC not DISH, when forming the dough to chill. (In case you need to edit it). Loved the series on Magnolia Network. I've made a couple of Galetes after seeing that episode!! Easy and Tasty!!
Love the show and made the Hummingbird Breakfast Cake and the Carnitas they were hits .. I also trued the Thumbprint Cookies at Christmas but they did not set up right but baking is a try try again process so I’ll try again soon.
They taste wonderful they just run and the well goes away and the jelly just sits on top of the cookie … I’m going to keep working on it til they look like yours. I think I’m gonna make the chocolate truffles this Christmas.
