I think in # 2 of the recipe instructions, it should say DISC not DISH, when forming the dough to chill. (In case you need to edit it). Loved the series on Magnolia Network. I've made a couple of Galetes after seeing that episode!! Easy and Tasty!!

What would be really helpful to me are complete menus for various types of meals, backyard gatherings, Xmas, friends over, Italian, etc.

Lots of sites with recipes, none with great menus

Love the show and made the Hummingbird Breakfast Cake and the Carnitas they were hits .. I also trued the Thumbprint Cookies at Christmas but they did not set up right but baking is a try try again process so I’ll try again soon.

They taste wonderful they just run and the well goes away and the jelly just sits on top of the cookie … I’m going to keep working on it til they look like yours. I think I’m gonna make the chocolate truffles this Christmas.
